Yes, absolutely! We provide 100% original pictures and detailed videos for every pair of shoes. We do not use stock images. The pair you see in the pictures is exactly the same pair you will receive. We ensure that the condition of our thrifted and imported shoes is clearly visible.
Can I request more details or a video before buying?
Of course! If you want a closer look at a specific shoe, you can reach out to us on our WhatsApp. We will gladly guide you, send you a detailed video of the shoe, and answer any questions you might have about its condition or fit before you place your order.
What is your Return and Refund Policy?
Please note that all sales are final. Since our collection consists of unique, one-off premium thrifted and imported pairs, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges. We highly recommend carefully checking the provided original pictures, videos, and your exact shoe size before making a purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan, depending on your city.
