Welcome to FM Pairs. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Authenticity and Condition

FM Pairs specializes in selling authentic original brands, high-quality imported shoes, and premium thrifted pairs.

  • Condition Verification: As many of our products are pre-owned (thrifted), they may show signs of wear. We provide 100% original pictures and videos for every pair so you can clearly see the condition before purchasing.
  • Further Inquiries: Customers are encouraged to contact us via WhatsApp for a detailed video guide of any shoe before placing an order.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the unique and single-stock nature of our thrifted and imported inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strictly non-refundable policy.

3. Pricing and Order Cancellation

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

Because our products are generally 1-of-1 (single pairs), an item might be sold on another platform (e.g., Instagram/WhatsApp) shortly before you place an order on the website. FM Pairs reserves the right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable, out of stock, or if there is a pricing error. If your order is canceled but you have already paid via Bank Transfer, a full refund will be issued to your bank account.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, delivery timelines (typically 3-5 working days) are estimates provided by third-party courier services and are not guaranteed. FM Pairs is not liable for delays caused by the courier.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the FM Pairs logo, original product images, videos, text, and design, is the intellectual property of FM Pairs. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
